Great sun loungers, very comfortable. Tricky to put together, definitely need strong hands.

Without doubt the worst piece of self assembly furniture I had the misfortune to deal with. Took nearly 4 hours each to assemble. The holes simply did not line up each side, hence needed to constantly re-do the screwing in process. The misalignment was only a few millimetres but was enough to make the task virtually impossible. Perhaps I was just unlucky but I’d be really interested to know how others fared. I had no such issues on an earlier purchase, a rattan dining set, so this latest experience was completely unexpected. I am sorry this is anything but a positive review, but you did ask for honest feedback, which hopefully you will investigate further. Please feel free to contact me for a further chat.

Absolutely rubbish, screw didn’t line up with hole to difficult to assemble and I’m more than competent. Too much of a faff. Fingers killed. Sent back

Hi, we managed to put one of the loungers together fairly easily but the second one was more of a challenge. We couldn’t line up the last screw. One of the head rests was also coming undone. We wrote to you about the problem and you responded very quickly and said you would send some parts to rectify the problem. Unfortunately these were no better but as the lounger is fairly solid we decided not to bother to do anything about it. We really like the service we have received from your company, we have ordered a few things and are pleased with the speedy delivery and also with the no quibble free returns. We have recently received some bar stools to match our dining chairs but have not got round to putting them together yet and also some rugs which we are really pleased with.
