Bonaparte Natural Gas Standing Patio Heater

Awful. Product was clearly used previously it was delivered in a cardboard box someone had removed almost all the polystyrene so being upside down on my drive held together with a bit of tape there was no wonder it was dented. The product was so disformed infact it would not clip together properly. More worryingly once the pilot light was ignited it would not turn on making the product unsafe. Customer service was appalling it’s either a chat which times out or an sms. They don’t read what you’ve put just give you scripted answers in the main telling you they understand and they would feel the same. But yet they do nothing about it. They offered dpd to recollect which took 9 days to reach them then don’t forget the 3-5 business days to refund. Avoid like the plague the company as well as the product. Cheap flimsy and clearly easily damaged. Wayfair? Way -unfair more like

Heater is really smart and works well. Bit disappointed the fact it doesn't come ready to use in UK. Wrong adapter for calor gas bottles. I did ask the question before I bought it to see if it was UK ready and was told it was.

Wow optisch echt super bin begeistert und die Funktion ist total easy am Anfang natürlich bisschen ungewöhnlich jedoch nach ein paar mal auf und zu sehr leichte und sichere Bedienung, endlich Wärme im Hobbyraum :-)

Es ist ein sehr schönes Design….aber ich finde für das Geld,ist der Standheizer zu unstabil
