WELLL. I asked specifically for a SQUARE SHAPED UMBRELLA HOLDER. I received a round holder. Too much trouble to return it, so...... The thing is, your employee was quite nice: tuned in to what I was saying and appeared to understand my needs. Don't know how the message got confused during the conversation.
