DO NOT BUY. The price seems steep for what essentially amounts to 4 plastic squares. That said, the quality looked good on the surface for what was needed. Upon arrival I began filling the base with water and realized there was a hole that caused water to leak rendering that particular section useless. I thought I was just unlucky, and went to fill the other three sections. Upon completion, 3 out of 4 sections had holes and leaked water to the extent the product is completely useless (2 of the 3 defected products pictured). I would avoid this product and others by the same manufacturer. I will be seeking a refund

Filled with 10 wort of sand and held up this 11 umbrella nicely. Little pricey in my opinion, but overall satisfied with purchase.

A little large but holds our tilt umbrella.
