Blue Elephant 360cm W x 300cm D Polyester Cover Retractable Patio Awning

I wanted to be thrilled with this but it is not a quality product. First, the instructions are horrendous. Absolutely no words. Pictures only. Secondly, it was loaded with scratches, dents, and tears. Thirdly, the main canopy won’t stay inside its tract. Fourthly, and back to instructions being so poor, the support arms won’t bend into position without adjusting (we had to as a chat bot to troubleshoot this problem and it was able to provide a solution…) Fifth, the screws they provided had to be replaced. Sixth, you must have a second person there to help install it. Finally last, but probably not least, it is quite flimsy and will never be able to withstand even a small breeze without wanting to whip upwards, and I already see that it is fading in the sun. We are able to let it out about 2.5 feet, and that’s it. I received it for review, and hope this is helpful.

Not thrilled. This is a nice looking awning. It does provide a lot of coverage. Easy to open and close. Get this professionally installed!!! The instructions werent instructions. Just diagrams, no pictures, no explanation.

I’m not able to open this since it’s been very windy here. But I was able to put this up with a friend and it really did not take us very long. It’s fairly strong, but the winds get very bad here and I did not want it braking.

I havent had a chance to install this yet, I will definitely need the help from my husband. The blue color is very nice. Now that the weather is getting better, we will be installing it soon. From the parts Ive looked at, seems nicely made.

This is a really nice awning. My husband had to put up some boards for the brackets to attach to so this turned into a longer project. The awning is really easy to extend out and retract. We had a good breeze and it seemed to be fine with a little wind. Really happy I got this awning.
