This water feature is not a year old and the finish on the exterior has started to crumble and crack. Despite having a cover on over the cold weather to protect it. Currently trying to contact customer service

Nice decorative fountain. Purchased May 2025. Worked fine for a few months. Pump has now stopped working (followed all maintenance steps). Wayfair offer no support and apparently ineligible for return. Disappointed
