Constructed from sturdy powder coated iron and the chair back is light brown PE rattan that has a natural look, so the frames are UV and weather resistant. The black seat pads are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushions and give them a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. If it does get wet then allow it to fully dry somewhere warm before you store them.
