The door has a letterbox, so children can throw mail when they play postman. The Liam playhouse has a platform height of 118 cm and is equipped with a large slide of 228 cm in length. Once the children are done playing, the sandbox can be easily covered with the included cover.
• Roxy Nest swing: The Roxy Nest swing has black braided ropes that give the Nest swing a beautiful look and are easily adjustable in height. The steel frame is padded all around to ensure a soft impact. The fabric material is both robust and comfortable to use. Water can easily flow away. The rings and adjusting shafts are made of galvanised steel. The welds on the ropes are made of black PP.

• Sustainability: Liam playhouse is made of FSC 100% hemlock wood and has a roof made of FSC 100% cypress wood, both from sustainably managed forests. Hemlock and cypress do not splinter and are naturally resistant to weathering such as rain and therefore resistant to rotting. The wood is treated with a water-based stain and is therefore virtually maintenance-free. This natural-based stain is not harmful to the environment and is safe for children (no chemicals). With a guarantee period of 10 years, you and your children can enjoy years of carefree fun.
