Ordered after checking delivery date. No word from wayfair on day of delivery. Checked status and both had been put on hold. Wayfair didn’t know why this happened. After contacting them several times over a few days, they informed me that it was so they could do a quality assurance check. Would not allow me to speak to anyone about failure to communicate this. When item was delivered one of the screws was missing the head. One of the chairs seat fabric was the wrong way meaning the hem/ I fished edge is on top of seat (other chair is right way). Not sure what their quality assurance checks were for! Catches on clothes and will in time frae. Disappointing only made worse by poor communication and customer service.
