I ordered two outside chairs. One was delivered but it was recorded as two chairs delivered. It has taked one and a half weeks for any action to be taken. I was told that the item was out of stock and they had no date as to when it would be in stock. Why couldn't this information been given to me at the beginning instead of sending one chair. I would have ordered from someone else as I did want matching chairs. Having used Wayfair both in the US and the UK, this is the first time I have ever had a problem. I'm sure this is just a small blip and will be solved to satisfy me.

Lovely chair....very hard to put up......had to ask a friend to assist as very heavy... either way worth the money
