****Extremely frustrating returns experience - We tried to return a faulty product because it could not even be assembled due to an issue with the screws provided. At first, we were offered either to send it back ourselves or arrange a collection. We chose to send it, but then discovered that no local courier point would accept two huge boxes. We contacted customer service again and arranged a collection for Monday. We stayed home all day waiting — nobody came. We called again to arrsnge a new collection arranged for Wednesday. Guess what? Nobody came again. We contacted customer service once more and I asked if they could at least waive the £10 return fee considering the circumstances, but was told they couldn’t. A third collection was then arranged for today (Thursday), so I called in advance to confirm. Guess what again — they told me collection would not happen because it had not been arranged correctly and the earliest option is now next week. Meanwhile, I have already paid for the product and I am stuck with two enormous boxes blocking the entrance to my house because we left them there ready for collection. I have guests coming tomorrow and it is becoming impossible to use the entrance properly. The customer service representatives themselves have been polite and tried to help, but the returns process is completely unacceptable. Multiple missed collections, no ownership, no flexibility, no solution, and no manager available to approve exceptions. Very disappointing experience and I would think twice before ordering again.

Perfect shapesize I was looking for. Easy enough to assemble, but some screw holes weren’t quite aligned. Happy with it for the price.

Looks cheap. Photos are very miss leading and I’m quite disappointed. Construction is ok. Cushions are thin and out of shape, back cushions are to small and it’s generally uncomfortable but I’m stuck with it now. £315.00 down the toilet
