First time buying from Wayfair, have to say not very happy, and not sure will i buy from wayfair again with all the trouble i got. Paid for garden sofa set, supposed to come in 2 boxes (i didn’t know after delivered and figured out myself). Open the box and not enough parts in the box, checked the box again and it said “carton no. 1/2” on the box. Contact customer service and no one try to find out where is the second box, my item was the last one they have, so they offered me for refund but i have to be home for a certain time so they can send someone to come to collect the box that I got which i can’t do anything with it. Lots of work for nothing.
