This whole experience has been shoddy at best and downright incompetent at times. We ordered the Jackeline 3 piece rectangular writing desk office set over the phone with one of your agents. The confirmation email had the wrong dates on it (you’d arranged the installation before the delivery). We explained this and had to deal with the installers to get the date changed to after the items had arrived! The first “professional” as you like to call your installers arrived, took one look at the items and said he’d not been assigned enough time to assemble the items so didn’t bother starting. I then contacted you and explained that I had taken a day off work to allow the assembly to take place and that I absolutely needed it completed by the Monday (this was on a Friday). I was assured that another professional would come on Sunday. He did and he’d been given 2 hours to complete the job, even after you’d been informed that he had to assemble all items. The first chap thought he was assembling a desk only! It took him over 5 hours! He then told me that the brackets for the shelf should have been ordered separately and as such he was unable to put it on the wall. At NO point had we been made aware of this fact. How on earth can you sell an item and not mention that to put it on the wall we would also need to purchase the brackets that would allow it!! We then contacted you again in order to get the said brackets so that we could mount it on the wall as designed (where else would it go) only to be told that nowhere in any of your vast global operation had any! As you can see from the picture the shelf is still not attached to the wall and I have been left with the problem as you have stopped replying to me. When you told me you have no brackets, all you could say is that I could return all the items as long as they were all in the original packaging (which in line with your TCs was removed by the delivery team) and also the items had been assembled. Its hard to exaggerate just how poor your service is, I’m gutted as we had used you before and been very satisfied. If you are thinking of ordering this item, be sure to get confirmation that you also have the brackets for the shelf. What a disappointing experience this has been!. Adrian. Rochester, GB.
