Very happy with the product, but one of the chairs is incomplete and impossible to assemble. The four screw holes in the base of the seat to which the legs are attached are missing. All the component screws Allen key and four legs were however my star rating refers to the completed construction of the chairincluded. We had the chairs now for a month and they are comfortable to sit on. The item came well wrapped and was easy to assemble. The one thing I would ask is to improve the floor protector.
