Overall I think this is a good buy for the price. I think it works best in grey as far as the pieces coming together and looking good. The other colors as shown in reviews didnt look as natural coming together in the 4 pieces. My husband said it wasnt too hard to put together. I took 1 star off, only because with the table in pieces it feels like you need to be a little gentle on it. But overall I like the look of it. We just moved and needed a table quickly. In time I think this might be moved down to the basement for a game table but it will work just fine for us as a dinner table for now. Great value, smart design — and quicker to assemble than expected Delighted with this table. The instructions estimated 2–3 hours but we were done in about 90 minutes. As other reviewers mention, it arrives in two separate deliveries — we were notified in advance and they came two working days apart as per the tracking, so no issues there. The legs are very solid and it actually looks neater than our old table, despite being wider and longer. The extension mechanism is a clever design — you simply pull the two sides apart and the leaf twists out from the middle. We assumed we'd need to store the inserts separately, but they fold away neatly within the table itself. The marble-effect surface has a few minor imperfections — small specks that look like dirt — but nothing significant. The main draw for us was the narrower width: most extendable tables we looked at were 90cm wide, which was too much for our space, so this was perfect.
