Review update 18/04/23. Unfortunately I am having to update this review to warn people against purchasing it. I walked into my bathroom this morning to find the mirrored door hanging off, it appears the screws cannot hold the weight of that door. I contacted customer services immediately to advise of this issue seen as it’s only been a month since it was put up for me. What can I say, Wayfair agent basically offered me a 35% partial refund or send back for full refund. After explaining to the agent this would not be satisfactory, as a disabled person, I had to pay a contractor to paint my wet room as I cannot do this due to said disability. I asked if they could just send me a replacement cabinet or an alternative cabinet to prevent me having to pay the decorator more money to fill in the holes in the wall, sand them and paint to cover. Wayfair basically advised NO. I have requested to escalate to a manager because this is extremely poor customer service for a defective product they have sold me! Apparently because I purchased it in their clearance section they won’t send any replacement. I have spent a considerable amount of money these past couple of months with this company, for items for my new accessible bungalow…, I have had several defective items sent and I still purchased more however this is the final insult, I will not be a returning customer! So saddened, disappointed but mostly angry that I am now going to have to fork out more money to rectify this. People just please be aware!
