I purchased the red one due to offer £95. The colour was more of a burgundy which is not a problem. I don’t believe the seat is genuine leather, nor would I expect it to be at that price. I think it is more likely PU The seat pad is not thick as described or as comfortable as my last office chair. The lumber support is ok. The quality of finish, of the parts could be better. However, the chair looks good and comfortable for short periods of time for me. I would not want to work for 8 or more hours a day homeoffice on it. Easy to assemble just be careful with the back rest, leave the arm rests loose until you have all the bolts in for the back rest and tighten all together. For the money you will be hard pushed to get much better. The last one I bought from Staples was in 2015 and cost circa £175, more comfortable and that was facing leather now looked a mess, hence this purchase. I will see how it wares.. Anonymous. This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! Assembly took a while (the instructions are really simple) but with the help of a second pair of hands we managed to get all the screws in place and get it up right. This is a great chair for the price, it has issues but mostly in places that it doesn’t matter. I don’t think you will find a better chair if you are tall and want full back support,want height adjustment, tilt/rock function and adjustable arm rests, and it provides these well. It’s comfy and moves silently (a must for me being next to my baby’s room) and I’ve already put many hours in on this seat. Now for issues, the plastic casing/shroud on the seat is extremely thin and was cracked on mine upon arrival, an entirely cosmetic defect though, the handle/locking mechanism for the tilt adjustment can be very loud, i have oiled it and it’s been a lot better since, the rock function is nice although it doesn’t lock in the back position (like other chairs) meaning rock function is On or Off and locked into standard position, finally the wings on the seat do cut in a tiny bit (I’m a hefty guy) but not much, if I had bought this to watch movies in it may be an issue but I’m always playing games. Has to be said none of the issues have cause me any significant problems, and I am very happy with the chair. TL;DR - A great all-rounder for a pc chair, cheap price means some cheap areas are cheap quality but not in any area that affects functionality and I would recommend this chair for PC gamers.. Nice chair, comfortable and is nice looking. Vinyl is definitely not gray, more of a creamy beige. I give it four stars because one of the arms does not sit flat so it is uncomfortable to rest on.
