Slight issues with the lights, they are motion sensored but sometimes turn off on their own and even after downloading the app and setting a timer they’ll still go off. Instructions are very clear. I was able to assemble solo. I definitely recommend using a drill because there’s a lot of screwing in that requires some force. Did have a slight issue with the drawers, despite the tracks being done perfectly the “table” part bowed a little which made the smoothness of pushing the drawer in, less smooth. But drawers are functional and drawers are now easier to pull out and push in as time has gone on. Overall, I like the vanity, for the price it’s good.
