Unfortunately the sofa arrived damaged, however Wayfair as usual provided absolutely excellent customer service and sorted the issue immediately. I’ve still given the sofa five stars though because apart from the damage in transit, the sofa is beautiful and really well made. Thick well padded seating and back cushions that may feel a bit firm to begin with but that also means it will stay new looking for longer before cushions wear in. Really expensive and classy looking along with great comfort. Because of the first class customer service that Wayfair provide, you can buy with confidence.. Scottishglin. Edinburgh. Sat Apr 19 2025

This sofa is the perfect cozy spot for movie night, game night, or curl-up-with-a-great-book night. With multiple layers of cushioning, you can relax in its soft supportive embrace. You can also relax because the durable fabrics are tough enough for years of serious coaching.

We're moving soon, so after much searching, we ordered this as a temporary replacement for our 20-year-old 3-cushion sofa that finally popped a spring from a back cushion. The love seat is stylish in person. The fabric is a nice, smooth, and similar to canvas; it reminds me of denim. Assembly was easy. The size is just right for 2 adults and fits our space perfectly. The seat cushions are firmer than we expected but still comfortable. The arms are at a good height for easily reaching a drink on our side table. Like others have said, the back cushions are wrinkled but are a non-issue for us. There's a Velcro strip on the part of the love seat where the back cushions sit, so you can attach the cushions if you'd like. I also wish the back was a little taller/higher (unfortunately, I didn't measure before ordering) and the back cushions were thicker/fluffier. The height of the back of the love seat only reaches right below my shoulder blades (I'm 5'8"), so taller individuals aren't able to rest their head back. Also, while sitting on the sofa for an extended period of time (about 2 hrs or so), I don't feel much support on my upper back, so I can see how sitting long-term might be uncomfortable for those who need additional support. Thicker back cushions would be preferred. We'll be purchasing a new sofa after we move, so in the short-term, this sofa was at a great price, will serve its purpose, and is what we were looking for at this time.. Karen. Rockville, MD. Elegant and inviting, this loveseat creates a beautiful place to curl up in any room of the home. The loveseat features a classic and stylish design, with a buttoned back and seat, button and silver stud details, sturdy beech wood legs and a velvet upholstery for cosiness. The neutral and refined colour palette suits any existing décor and the loveseat is built to last from solid wood and foam.

We moved into a new house and our loveseat couldn't get up the stairs. We already have two chairs that matched this little loveseat and it would work perfectly. It made it up the stairs and it fits perfectly. The only disappointment was that we found small water marks on the seat and as it is velvet upholstery. Ann. London, GB. Sun Sep 01 2019

Day 1 really good value and very comfortable. Anonymous. Wed Jan 18 2023

This sofa is elegant and functional and also add a character to the interior. You will enjoy the comfort and design of the pieces.

I paid £839 for this sofa and the by the time is had been delivered it is £60 cheaper. For your discretion price differences are not granted nor permitted. The sofa arrived 3 weeks early and unscheduled by BJS. I was only informed the day before that was very inconvenient as of my line of work I often stay there for 48-72 hours and I can not just have items delivered on a whim. The delivery drivers were polite and carried through to my preferred room of which I appropriately ventilated for them. The package was a bit torn and dented but no damage was caused to the sofa. The sofa being as expensive as it is, does NOT have detachable seat cushions, which i find baffling and is not specified in the description. There are 2 large tears in the lining at the back of the seat cushions, see images. This was addressed as I will need to get repaired and I was granted a partial refund. Wayfair as always very attentive and supportive of any concerns that are brought to their attention. If my phone, controller, ring, ipad, etc. Was to slide down there, I will need to tear apart the entire sofa to access these items. The refund will be paying for the repair. The sofa is very soft to touch and has a lovely beige/grey colour. It is VERY hard to sit on. Like a brick. Hopefully this will soften in time. The studs are not seperate and are much more of a weird speckled black and gold paint as appose to nice bronze studs like pictured. I am not too impressed with these and they are oddly soldered together? The feet are a strange medium red under-toned brown that do not match it, I was expecting them to be much darker as the pictured shown indicate the may be, although description does just state ‘brown’. The sofa looks nice, practicality.. unsure as can not take cushions off. Tears and studs and feet not very nice colour at all and a lot different to what I expected. I will still love my little sofa. I am very disappointed in it in many ways as described above. And am most certainly not impressed of the large tears in the fabric. I feel a greater refund would of been better appreciated and acceptable as of this. I do not believe this sofa is worth £839. It is a solid piece yet lacks in major details that a lot cheaper sofas have and ones for the equal price that will ever be real leather. Remembering this is faux and only a microfibre mix.. Megan. Braintree, GB. Wed Apr 07 2021
