Waited over multiple days for the entire thing to be delivered. 3 separate boxes over 3 separate days so it wasted a lot of my time by not being able to do anything with it until all 3 boxes had arrived. Lovely colour, robust material, spacious, and comfy to sit on as a sofa but a little hard to lie on as a bed. It definitely takes 2 people to put it together - and all the fixings were mixed up in the wrongly labelled bags! Luckily we worked it out and managed to put the sofa bed together. Wayfair communication was excellent.. from my phone call to keeping me updated when delivery was scheduled for. Even the delivery guys were very helpful indeed. The sofa fits our space in the living room. Seating slightly hard but expect through time with people sitting on the cushions it will be reduced somewhat. Regards the Sofa bed, it’s made up ready with sheet & duvet in place ready to use in the next couple of days. So fingers crossed is will be comfortable. Though I do envisage having to buy a mattress topper. The Beige linen blend does look good but we’ve taken the precaution of using sofa covers because the dog likes it too! Seems to be his new bed!. Product was good despite the lighter colour than expected, but I had my issue regarding the deliveryshipping. I paid extra to have this set up, but when the people came to set it up, half an hour later we realised the bed that was meant to be attached wasn’t properly secured. We called the delivery people, and they said theyll come after 2 more orders but they never came or ended up calling. We had to fix it ourselves, even though we paid for the installation.. Anonymous. The sofa bed actually exceeded our expectations. Since it was budget-friendly, we were worried it might be a bit flimsy, but it’s actually very sturdy and decent. Most importantly, it’s incredibly comfortable for watching films. When unfolded, it feels absolutely divine, even for someone of my height (193 cm). We haven't tried sleeping on it yet, though..
