Terrible experience. A lot of missing parts when it got delivered - which means that I cannot even start building the bed post unpacking ‘everything’. The quality of the materials is also not great and few parts were damaged. Best part is that I’ve ordered the missing pieces but got informed that they do not have them anymore. So I am left with a structure I cannot use because 5 important pieces were missing at delivery and don’t seem to even exist anymore. Worst service ever. Not sure what I am supposed to do now.. Great purchase which arrived earlier than originally expected, once delivery company had helpfully got in touch to check this would be okay. We had to redo our work a few times when assembling the bed as we’d not noticed the correct layout of the pre drilled bolt holes when laying out the main pieces but once we’d noticed our error, it was completed (2 persons) within 3 hours and we are really pleased with how lovely it looks and the storage space the ottoman gives us.. Love this. Very comfortable and has an expensive feel to it. Looks perfect in my room and was exactly what I was looking for. Easy enough to assemble, but quite time consuming (but that's to be expected with a king size bed). Only complaint was the cushioned part of the foot board was collapsed internally (wasn't obvious by sight - only noticed when I put my hand on it). Not sure if this was caused during transit, but definitely seemed like a one-off. However, Wayfair sorted this without problems and organised a replacement which arrived early at no additional cost.
