It’s nice, the delivery was quick and the table is good quality for the price. 4 star because the assembly instructions weren’t very clear, took us a few hours to build, there were some errors which we had to figure out. Unhappily I have to say the process has been difficult. This does not reflect the service of agents/actual people who (once I could get past the virtual assistants) helped try to sort out the problems. Which snowballed into a gigantic headache. The table arrived with an uneven top surface. Alignment of inner wooden parts not level with the surrounding support. I asked to return it. The manager persuaded me to keep it and get it repaired if I accepted a 35% reduction. Then an incorrect amount was refunded and the process to correct it took another three days involving many robot chats and endless waiting. Even then the reduction was not as offered. The table should not be marketed in the condition it was in. If sold as a defective item the price should be reduced and the mistakes shown honestly.
