I love the chair. It's very sturdy and comfortable with firm and well upholstered cushions. The measurements given online are accurate. The colour is exactly right to fit in with my room too. My only negative comment is the awful delivery as it was dumped in my drive without warning and not brought to the door and the outer layer of polythene packaging was covered in black dust which subsequently came off all over me and the carpet! I'm sure it wasn't like that when you despatched it but it's how I received it. The inner packaging was good and protected the chair very well. Displaying neutral colouring, this chair and footrest are crafted from eco-friendly rattan sourced from Kubu, Bali. I’m shocked and appalled by the design of this chair, it’s impossible to sit in. I put the base on as shown in the picture, sat in it and the base of the chair touches the floor, I was tipped back in shock, which then gave me severe pain in my stomach as I had a hernia through the unexpected shock... I was in agony and could not get out of the chair ... it’s a shocking design flaw... my 9 year old child sits in it and it’s around 2 inches off the floor at the back..and she is very slim.
