Sadly this sofa had a serious design fault, the legs were impossible to attach and it had to be returned to wayfair. On the upside this was the first item I've needed to return to Wayfair and glad to report that customer service was very helpful and pick up service had great communication and friendly pick up guys,so although I'm still without a sofa at least the problem was handled well.. I didn't find it straight forward trying to re arrange the delivery date. However, Very good service and communication on the day of delivery. I did expect the sofa to be assembled (only legs to do). Amazing colour. So easy to get set up. 10 minutes to attach the legs for one person. Came in a box which was a bit soggy so slight staining but underneath so no noticeable. The chair is absolutely gorgeous and just what I was looking for. It’s a shame about the assembly. I could believe it - we had to drill pilot holes for the feet and screw them in with a power screwdriver!! I’d expected pre-drilled holes or the feet to be attached.
