Bonus that it’s already assembled. 2 slight negatives - it’s a little bit narrow on the depth and doesn’t fit a large hairspray or deodorant can, and also the drawers are a bit stiff and you have to jiggle them around to open/close properly, but I can deal with this, and for £49.99 for a ready-assembled unit it is a great buy!. When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future.
