I am very pleased with my trolley. I was able to ask a good friend to assemble it for me. All the screws were present…. a minor chip on the woodwork and a dint on the corner of the stainless steel top but all the screw holes were in the correct place. He didn’t have any issue’s putting it together but overlooked the plastic clip that prevents the draw from coming out completely. He’ll need to turn the top around to fit it. This elegant kitchen trolley has a durable rubberwood top with the rest of the body composed of strong medium-density fibreboard. It has open shelves and a drawer on one side along with a door on the other side.

I’m really happy with this kitchen island! The design is clean and beautiful, and the quality is great for the most part, especially the countertop. The only minor flaws are slight alignment issues with the cupboard door, and the drawer bottom could be a bit sturdier. I am very pleased with the York Kitchen Island. It is a little bit on the pricey side but nevertheless an extremely useful and robust item, which blends into our kitchen well. It is a nice neat size, for storing fruit and vegetables and I will probably use the top surface for keeping my coffee percolator. There were one or two screws that needed tightening up slightly around the top drawer area, otherwise all good - and the wheels are excellent. This small island can be moved around effortlessly..
