The fabric is a chenille and the orange colour is more of a coppery brown but it looks very nice. It was pretty easy to assemble, just a matter of using the Allen key to secure the 4 screws into each legs metal fixture plate.The legs are wooden and are a good colour. This is a stylish, modern chair in a great fresh colour. Looks good in our garden room. I bought two, one was perfect, the other was poorly upholstered at the front of the seat cushion. Way fair customer service were brilliant, they responded immediately & quickly arranged a replacement to be dispatched. When that arrived it was as good as the first. My only issue with this product is why on earth does the manufacturer attach a very visible company label sewn into the side seam of the chair? It sticks out and is impossible to remove without damaging the side seam. Otherwise a stylish, good value chair.
