I bought the white one and I'm very pleased with the look. It completes the divan. The reason for only 3 stars is it is assumed you are replacing an existing headboard and if you aren't, like me, you cannot attach it to the bed. Product would've been nice if the right pieces came!! Overall, if you buy this product and you find that you have missing pieces don’t be surprised as they don’t have replacements either, just a waste of time! My experience: Ordered this at the start of July 2023 and it took 3 weeks for both Manufacturer (VidaXL) & Supplier (wayfair) to 'solve' this issue. I wanted a replacement and they had none, I had no choice but to get a refund and when I ordered another headboard (unfortunately it didn’t state it was from VidaXL also) it was missing parts too! I wouldn’t recommend this product or any products from VidaXL as they clearly don’t do quality control checks for their products and just send them out, their customer service was just confusing and they weren’t apologetic at all by delaying my moving in process by a whole month. Dreadful. I began to build, the slats are all chipped or sanded badly and then not white washed thoroughly, you can see see the pine colour, and I don’t just mean the grain of the wood. There were gaps when I built the first part, I thought I would just go with it, it might nip up. I lied to myself, I got to fitting the last part, and it was way too long, the holes didn’t match up, I turned it flipped up round, still nope. It just looked awful and cheap and could give way any second. Sending back and getting a full refund. Don’t waste your money.. Anonymous. GB. Fri Jun 09 2023
