Unfortunately the sofa arrived damaged, however Wayfair as usual provided absolutely excellent customer service and sorted the issue immediately. I’ve still given the sofa five stars though because apart from the damage in transit, the sofa is beautiful and really well made. Thick well padded seating and back cushions that may feel a bit firm to begin with but that also means it will stay new looking for longer before cushions wear in.
