The only hiccup was with delivery, I ordered 2 sets and were dispatched in multiple boxes . The first set arrived early was the second was delayed. It looks great and is very comfortable. Good value when you see similar with not a great difference in quality for double this price. *update* Been 6 years with this recliner now. The outer faux leather layer started wearing away at about the 5 year mark and it's in a bad state now so looking for an upgrade. It's also lost the cushioning and is creaky. Considering the price, I still rate this 5 stars for an entry level recliner, it's been brilliant to sink into every evening. Just don't expect to get more than about 5 years life out of it. Love this chair. So comfortable. Was a bit of a nightmare putting it together as photos were in black white and impossible to see. I took it apart a few times and started again.
