Great products but I had a very difficult time with ordering this product.
The customer service agents were amazing, however, some of Wayfair’s internal systems need work when it comes to making efficient returns and re-orders.
I had to receive the items which were in multiple boxes (unmarked) then had to open everything to decipher what I should be returning.
Upon returning I had followed instructions leaving the items outside, and the delivery guys were constantly trying to grab my attention when on a business call, interrupting my business, even though I had already provided everything needed.
Their system also went down when trying to reorder through my debit card, resulting in the need to use PayPal, then my order got put on hold for no apparent reason!
Upon redelivery, they left items outside the door on the floor in the heavy rain, which were soaked upon receiving them, when they could have simply laid them against the house under the protection of my roof.
The final icing on the cake is that Wayfair wanted to charge me to return the items even though I hadn’t received them yet and had made it clear I don’t want them delivered. In the end they did refund this after hours of calls.. Alex. Heyrod Stalybridge, GB. Fri Oct 31 2025
