Good quality, came flat packed in two parcels that a superwoman carried to my door, shocked as I had to nudge it slowly across the floor they were so heavy. Option was £99 to get it built by company or two man assembly, I’m a 50yo, 5’2 menopausal female with a point to prove, and it took me 8 hours to build it. Slight issues with the lights, they are motion sensored but sometimes turn off on their own and even after downloading the app and setting a timer they’ll still go off. Overall, the product looks lovely and I’m very happy with how it looks once assembled. However, the assembly process was extremely time consuming, with far too many parts. It took me around 3–4 hours to put everything together. I was also very concerned to find what appeared to be blood on two of the parts. It was unpleasant and took me quite a while to clean off. Finally, there is an issue with the stool. The screws in bag “Q” provided to attach the cushion to the base are too short, I've tried to press hard on it.
