good quick delivery. packing okay, the plastic strip for the back boards broken into lots of bits, due to two back drawers section allowed to slide in box, plastic strip in-between. found it easier to pre drill draw holes as screwheads are easy to strip. anyhow still it finished up okay and looks good. A fine-looking chest of drawers and every bit is wood. Capacity of drawers is excellent, deep and wide. Two issues, however. The dowel rods are flimsy. Three of them broke during assembly. Why not add a pound or two to the price and supply metal dowel rods? And the instructions are less than clear - they don't explain where the painted bits or the plain wooden bits should go! Just what I expected - A lovely bit of wood, enjoyed the assembly (for the most part) However wish the instructions were a lot simpler to read as I spent ages trying to decipher which set of instructions applied to each part of the drawers. Nice sturdy piece of furniture. Looks good. Only minor hiccups were the decorative panels around the bottom were warped slightly so screwing them in was tricky and the screws broke inside the wood. When it arrived we thought, surely theyve missed out a package it was so cleverly packed. Canny Danes! Building it requires separating out the bits and pieces, including putting screws etc into pots to make it easier to find everything. There are a lot of components but the instructions are quite easy to follow, if some illustrations a little small. Tips - ensure you do not overtighten the long black bolts as the aluminium locking nuts need to be able to dock and fully rotate. Also, ensure only one dowel inserted per drawer edge.
