I absolutely adore the design of the dresser and love how it’s turned out. It did take me quite a long time (understatement) for me to put it together and the instructions definitly could have been a little clearer, particularly at some points where they seem to add a lot of stages together (I.e. step 12 is clear but then step 13 has several steps in one… ). When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future.
