Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. The chair is an essential office chair which maximises style and comfort in a affordable and durable piece. The Chair is available in a striking black fabric seat and matching high quality mesh for the back seat component. With features such as adjustable armrests, a tilting headrest and tension control, the Miami is equipped to handle the demands of seating comfort whether in the home or office.

Arrived really quickly, although theyre using Evri now - so be aware of that if youre not a fan. The chair itself is great! Easy enough to put together, fine for one person but better if two of you are doing it. The seat is comfortable and has a mesh fabric covering it, a little bit firm but molds to you. The arms arent adjustable but the back is, including how much you want the back indentation to be (its very slight though, so itll have to be a bit of trial and error until you get it right). The head rest tilts if you need it and sits comfortably at my 5ft 2in height (when seated), if youre shorter this may not be the case, if youre taller I think it can be adjusted higher but only by a little. It does recline, but not fully flat and it does make you feel like youre going to fall off but you dont! Really sturdy and the height adjustment is pretty good too.
