Karla 3 Seater Sofa & Chaise

Wonderful sofa, a lot bigger than expected, I was expecting this sofa to fit a family of three, but it can fit more than three people comfortably. Sofa is very study and very comfortable. My only issue was delivery. At first, it was delayed by a week. Then the delivery date was change again to the day after its original delivery. The night before the delivery, I was informed by the courier that they would only be delivering to my hallway, due to covid-19. Which wasnt a problem, but I wish I was told beforehand. Once the sofa arrived I had to move it to my sitting room, which was really difficult because the sofa is extremely heavy and awkward to move (the chaise section), especially on stairs. This is the main reason why I gave 4* instead of 5, other than that, Im really pleased with my purchase.

Love this sofa so much, so comfortable and brings the wow factor!! Even better in person!

Its very comfortable with plenty of room to sit and lounge. Measure carefully this is a very large sofa. The Sofa its self is excellent. The delivery time and inability to communicant with Wayfair is another thing all together! It was ordered in Early October for early December delivery, that kept slipping and slipping eventually delivered mid January. We had been receiving emails giving the slipping delivery dates until one day we received a text saying it was being delivered that day between 8 and 10! 1hrs notice to arrange time off work. The delivery team were a joy! rang ahead, were a little late, but very efficient with the actual delivery. In summary sofa 5/5 delivery team 5/5 wayfair 1/5

Its OK but we were not impressed at all with a 3 month delay in delivery... after 2 delays they didn't show on the delivery date. After enquiring, they got it shipped but no apology, no compensation for a day wasted waiting for the delivery. Shoddy.
