Cepeda 221.3cm H x 106cm W Standard Bookcase

This book case is a clever design though not worth the price. I originally ordered this and was shipped the wrong item. It was then out of stock for more than a month so despite me having ordered and paid for this item and being shipped the wrong one, I was refunded the money but had to join the waitlist. When it came back in stock the price had jumped over £100! I chose to order a second time and though the bookcase is heavy and seemingly sturdy, it is NOT worth the price. The shelves arrived with small nicks and scratches, they are minor but for the price it is not the quality I would expect. I should point out that the photos and description are not wholly accurate-this is an extendable bookshelf and the dimensions and wording do not reflect this. Note when extended, it is larger than the dimensions listed.

Tall bookcase that's adjustable as well so you can tailor it. Definitely needs 2 people to assemble.

Excellent shelving unit but really really heavy and awkward to put together. Definitely a 2 person job!

This is a tall and heavy bookcase. It's a repetitive assembly into two parts - a little confusing to work out which is front and back by using a half millimetre difference between pre-drilled hole centres, but it's not so perfect that I could tell whether my guess was right or wrong. Then getting the bookcase in position will need two people. There is a lot of flexibility when the two parts are separate as the shelves are cantilevered from the upright. This may lead to some gapping on higher shelves when the two parts are together, whether in line or at right angles. Stylist, substantial and good value.

Good quality and sturdy shelving unit. Tall so be sure to measure the height of your space, our home office was a tight squeeze but we got there in the end. The unit is heavy so you need at least a couple of people to lift and position it. Overall pleased with it.
