I have bought quite a few things from yourself but on this occasion I have been disappointed. I did not want all the hassle of sending chairs back and as my husband is an engineer he sorted the problem. The two arms of the chair have 4 holes which lined up with the plate holes but the left one was 15 mm lower than the right, hence the chair lay at an angle and not straight. Both chairs were the same. These should not have been passed. Also the seat stuffing in one is much softer than the other. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Great chair. The cream is slightly more beige than pictured, which actually suited us better. Well made and good quality.

Quality excellent but cannot advise on length of life (yet).
