Production quality and design poor. There was no way to prevent serious issues with end product even with careful build. Immediately out of the box the poor quality of the drawer sliders was obvious. Drawers barely move in and out, grinding rather than sliding, catching frequently, making huge amount of noise. This is for the ‘working’ drawers. Upper drawer divider misaligned to drawers (see photo) with right slot too narrow for the drawer, leaving the right drawer wedged in, scraping and gouging the slider elements (other photo) and hardly moving at all. Even with the substandard result, experience and time needed to build this, and don't even think about returning it with all the glue you’ll need! Should be more instruction as to screw head depth as these cause problems everywhere.

cannot be assembled correctly. some parts are not straight or are too small. the quality is very poor. The drawers do not slide well. even if I want to refund the product, I think it is difficult to put it back in the original packaging

Bought it less than three months ago and the drawers are already falling apart. Assembly required glue, as the metal hardware is not enough to hold things together in the short run. But looks like the glue isn’t holding up either. This is literally the worst dresser I’ve ever owned. Do yourself a favourAVOID

Very poor quality item, started coming apart within weeks in multiple places despite careful and correct assembly.it lasted less than 4 months but Wayfair policy is no refunds after 30 days, seems very unreasonable for an item of furniture which should last years.

Lovely, spacious, really good quality. Sp pleased with this item. Took about 3 hours to put together on my own.
