The box was badly damaged when it arrived. Some of the pieces were a little bumped and the bag of bits was split so nails and connectors were loose in the box, which could well have fallen out through the tears in the box. Luckily all the parts were there. I have put the cupboard together as luckily the bumps and scuffs are in areas that don't show and I didn't want to wait whilst it was sent back and exchanged.
