Great chair, no more back aches when working from home!

Quick delivery is about the only positive. The box had been opened previously and just taped up again. You could tell that the chair had been put together previously and then taken apart again as there were scratches on the on pretty much all the holes were the screws go in. Some of the screws looked like they were pre used which they would be if the chair had been assembled before and one or two looked like they had been crossed threaded. Extremely disappointed. The chair in itself seems comfortable but still very disappointed.

This chair is ok, but unfortunately is going to have to be returned due to the fact that the chair height does not go up as high as it says it does in the description/specifications. It says that the maximum height for raising the seat of the chair is 57cm, but we found that the height only went up to 54 -55cm max. This is not sufficient for my needs, so unfortunately the chair is going to have to be returned. It is quite a nice chair otherwise, which I am sure would suit many people, but Wayfair need to make sure that their descriptions of items are accurate. If you are happy with a maximum height for the chair seat being around 54 - 55cm then you will probably be ok with this chair.
