Chair is good - but zip on chair is damaged

Looks ok but the seat doesn’t line up to the back properly so constantly looks lopsided. Tilt “function” is non-existent, just rocks a little back and forward, tightening and loosening as per instructions does absolutely nothing. Raise and lower is fine. Overall would not recommend. Instructions mix of written warnings and pictures - but nothing written when the picture contradict each other. Extremely difficult for one person to attach the seat and the back of the chair I’m no weakling and could barely manage. All other stages fine for one.

Arrived with no issues. Very comfortable and easy to put together. Very happy!

Excellent chair. Slightly tricky to assemble the back and seat cushions but otherwise fairly simple
