The seater goes down a lot the pillows are done very bad

So far so good! We’re happy with our purchase!

White glove service guys were very nice and professional, the sofa looks great in my living room (even with the old one behind it until picked up). Discovered the fabric on the main piece (the one that has the bed underneath) damaged, have contacted Customer Services and waiting on resolution - hence the 4 stars.

Been using this sofa for almost a and it has been very strong! No issues so far
