arrived in a damaged box which damaged the legs and the seat padding. requested advice which was to send a replacement. to which i received the legs... very dissappointed and wanting to get a refund

Upholstery Colour:Graphite
These chairs are ok but not without problems. The first two that came were antique gold colour and not the graphite grey that I ordered. The next set of chairs were the right colour but one chair was very badly finished. Unfinished stitching in 3 places which was disappointing in view of the cost of the chairs. Unbelievable that they don’t go through some sort of quality check before despatch.
