Edited - The rating is more to do with customer service rather than the product itself. The frame itself is really good and strong. The customer service when calling to confirm dimensions was pretty poor and the incorrect information was provided so the wrong size was ordered. The delivery has been split into 5 boxesitems though 1 mattress went missing entirely. After a few weeks of repetitively chasing Wayfair for an update after being told to wait another 3 days each time, Wayfair then issued me part refund so I can source a mattress elsewhere.

Good solid bed and trundle. Fairly easy to put together. Looks really nice.

Good looking, sturdy bed but BEWARE in spite of stating on two different occasions there is a mattress included with the trundle bed THERE IS NOT. I have contacted Wayfair but have got nowhere. VERY misleading

Had a little trouble when delivered only delivered trundle no bed frame or mattresses. Wayfair customer service was brilliant helping me resolve this issue. Bed looks lovely once set up. Trundle was ok setting up pretty straight forward.all in all very happy with bed .thanks wayfair.

Good bed, looks well
