The Hallway Unit arrived a day later than expected and damaged. There were several scrapes on the wood and marks on the metal. The hooks on the frame were bent out of shape, but I was able to bend them back into the correct position. The item dropped in price by £30 between the time of ordering and receiving it. Very displeased with the quality of the product and the service.
