Stockbridge Divan Bed with 24" Headboard on Struts

The bed arrived without the mattress, though an official answer from yourselves claimed a mattress was included in the set - the question has conveniently been removed from the listing. It also arrived broken, with the netting being ripped or attached to the frame incorrectly in places. One of the wooden slats at the end of the bed was broken and halfway down the inside of the frame and we've had to knock it back into place. Some of the fabric has also rubbed off on the corner of the bed. Considering how expensive this bed is, it's a huge let down.

The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. I called the customer service and the office is helping, she will direct my issue to her colleagues. I hope I can get the mattress in early next week.
