The wood looked awful against our solid wood table and the chairs padding was rather thin. Would probably look good against a white table but not against wood unless you had a perfect match.

Beautiful and comfortable bar stools. They look and feel much more expensive than they were. Very easy to assemble. All you have to do is attach the the seat to the legs with the included tool.
