Very detailed instructions to make it easier to assemble. Very good quality and looks great. Now going to purchase another for 2nd room.

Absolutely chaotic. Promised a delivery date, it didn’t arrive. Promised another date had my joiner ready to install it, it didn’t arrive. I was on holiday so had to deal with them in the phone. After saying sorry, don’t know what happens, mix up in customs etc, they gave me another date. I rearranged with my joiner to be there. It did arrive, however it was damaged and could not be used. After many phone calls, official complaints and emails to company they said they would get me another urgently. It arrived over two weeks later! I can’t say im happy with it as even having a builder help me assemble it, we couldn’t understand instructions. Two small pains of glass were in box with absolutely no mention of what they were for! Rubbish!

Our plan was to have it on the floor, however we then decided to wall hang it and it looks great! Just need ti sort out the cladding on the wall and it'll be finished!
