First delivery- item was damaged. We had to order a replacement 2 more times, which ALL turned out to be damaged! The last delivery driver put the item over our fence, even though it had fragile all over it! Not impressed!

1st delivery was damaged but a replacement was provided within 2 days. We had trouble putting it together as there were parts missing/not included (as stated in the instruction leaflet) and received a partial refund for our troubles. Cannot fault the response. The TV unit is lovely. The bottom shelf sticks out a bit more than we were expecting but it looks really great. We have a 55inch TV and lifted the unit up above the floor. Seems to be very sturdy. Would definitely recommend.
